Please help us keep our child information/emergency records current. Please notify us if you have any changes in address, phone number(s), caregivers, employment, insurance, etc. Also, Let us know if your child has any new medical or health issues such as allergies. If you are unsure if your information is current, we can show you our current copy of the emergency card which we have on file for your child. We keep a copy of this in the classroom and in the school office.
