  • Complete CPR and First Aid Certification (HC only)
  • Collect Team Equipment From Athletic Department
  • Complete Coaching Information Sheet
     

  At First Practice Make Sure All Players

  • Registered with Athletic Department
  • Filed Physical with Athletic Department
  • Filed Concussion Form with Athletic Department
     

  Week Before First Game

  • Hand out Uniforms
  • Turn in CYO Roster Form to Athletic Department
  • Create Team Way of Communication with all Players Parents
     

  Mid-Season

  • Varsity Coaches Nominate Scholar Athletes
