     8th Grade Religion
         
          We conclude  "Child Lures" this week and return to the CREED book.
          
          
      
                

     7th Grade American History (Beginnings to 1860)
          This course surveys early American History using the text The American Nation, 
          published by Prentice-Hall.

          We will conclude our test on Chapter 14 and begin Chapter 15 this week.

          


     8th Grade American History (Civil War to the Present)
           
          The text is Prentice Hall's The American Nation, Chapters 16 through 30.
   
          We will continue studying The Second World War. Test Friday.


     8th Grade English
          This course includes Grammar, Composition and Vocabulary.
          Our texts include:  English, the Green level, published by McDougall, Littell, Inc.,
               Grammar for Writing, Level Yellow, published by Sadlier,
               and Vocabulary Workshop, Levels B and C, by Sadlier-Oxford.

          We will continue reading the stage version of "The Diary of Anne Frank" this week.  Vocabulary Unit 15 is also on the agenda.  Then we will begin Vocabulary Book D
